Client Testimonials
Daniel and his team were great. We called them to come check for a roof leak. We found out we didn’t have one but Daniel still did a comprehensive check of our roof, he offered an honest assessment of some basic maintenance we needed and gave us a fair quote. The repairs were completed quickly and all through the process, Daniel was so friendly and took the time to explain things. When the time comes for a full roof replacement, we’ll definitely call these guys.
I embarked on a major renovation project… running out of steam at the end… So incredibly thankful that my last project was with Daniel. What an absolute pleasure. His attention to detail was incredible. Everyone who worked on the job site was so polite and thorough. Seriously if every contractor was like this I would be a full time builder. Daniel sent someone out to fix a few shingles that he wasn’t happy with… that I never ever would have even noticed. Second mile service all the way!
My husband and I love our roof and gutters!! Daniel and his crew worked so hard and blessed us with a beautiful and stylish roof! The gutters are incredible! We had an electrician come by our home and he raved about the gutters we have on our home. We love Daniel’s style, hard work, great attitude and quality price. We highly recommend Daniel if you are in need of a roof, gutters and outside home repair. He does excellent work and you will be so very pleased!!
Great customer service and impeccable work! Daniel is extremely professional and everything was done in the timeframe promised and to the specifications promised. The cleanup was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone.
How We Would Replace Your Roof
High-quality materials and a manufacturer’s warranty are just the beginning! We’re experts in our field and dedicated to craftsmanship. Our installation methods extend the life of your roof, providing you with a finished product that requires minimal repairs, if any at all.
PROTECT SURROUNDING PROPERTY
Roofing can get messy! We take every necessary precaution to protect your personal property from damage during our installation process.
REMOVE OLD ROOFING MATERIAL
We remove all old roofing materials to prepare the underlying wood decking for inspection.
INSPECT ROOF STRUCTURE
Your roof must be installed on a solid base. We examine the wood decking and replace any soft, wet, or rotted wood. Oftentimes, installers inadvertently remove nails from the wood sheeting along with the old shingles. During inspection, we replace all missing nails to ensure your wood decking is secure.
PREPARE ROOF SURFACE
We install three necessary items to prepare the roof surface:Drip Edge Installation Drip edge is a strip of metal installed around the roof’s edges to protect against water damage.
Ice and Water Shield Installation Ice and Water Shield is an underlay that sticks to the wood decking, preventing water leaks.
Roof Felt installation Roof felt acts as a buffer between the roofing material (shingles) and the wood decking. It prevents the shingles from adhering to the roof’s wooden surface.
INSTALL NEW ROOFING MATERIAL
New installation begins as we follow our proven method for getting top-quality results. You can depend on us to use the right techniques for each type of roof and roofing material.
CLEANUP SITE
We perform a final and thorough work-site cleanup upon project completion, but we’re also committed to a daily cleanup before finishing for the day. We respect you and your property.
CONDUCT FINAL ROOF INSPECTION
We conduct our final inspections with great attention to detail and will ensure that you are completely satisfied before concluding the project.
When It’s Time To Replace Your Roof
When your roof reaches a certain age, you might begin to wonder about its condition and if repairs or replacements are necessary. It’s best to handle an aged roof as soon as you’re aware of the problem to minimize mold growth, structural decay, and even higher energy costs. Here are things to look for as you consider the state of your existing roof:
A LEAK IN THE ATTIC.
After a strong storm or wind-driven rain, take a look in the attic for signs of leaking. It could indicate damaged shingles, inadequate underlayment or deteriorated flashing.
BLISTERING OR PEELING PAINT.
Moisture trapped in the house due to poor ventilation can cause exterior paint to peel and blister.
MOLD OR MILDEW GROWTH.
Stains, or worse, mold, can be caused by leaks from outside the house or moisture trapped inside.
EXTERIOR DECAY IN SHEATHING
Excess moisture can also contribute to decay.
MISSING OR CRACKED SHINGLES
Dry, cracked, or easily broken shingles have reached the end of their useful life, and it’s time to invest in a new roof.
DARK, “DIRTY-LOOKING” AREAS
Dark areas on a roof usually indicate vegetation, fungus, mold, or algae growth. It’s also possible that the shingles have lost their protective outer layer.
EXCESSIVE ENERGY COSTS.
Are your energy costs “going through the roof”? A roof deteriorates with age, and this decomposition decreases its capacity to efficiently insulate and protect your home. An inefficient roof allows the conditioned or heated air in your home escape to the outdoors and simultaneously allows more outside air into your home. An aged roof will noticeably increase your energy bills over time.
