The water test includes having 2 technicians on-site. One technician will bring a water hose to the roof leak area and spray the roof and the other technician will be inside the attic to advise the other person when the water starts leaking in the attic and document it.
On The Spot Simple Repair
$350.00 + NC sales tax

- On-site repair (as needed)
- Supplies: Nails, Shingles, Sealant, Metal Flashing, and/or any other accessories to properly repair the leak source.
- Disposal and clean up after repair

- Supplies: 1 sheet of plywood 4×8 roof deck, Nails, Shingles, Sealant, Any accessories needed to repair the roof.

If your roof is bigger than a 2000 square foot living area, we reserve the right to re-quote the repairs and write a change order (or call for estimate).
Shingles Roof Direct will match the existing color of shingles roof as close as possible. The customer should understand that the new shingles will look darker than the existing ones because of the age and weathered conditions of the existing roof.
